Most companies you call about a Keys car move don’t own a truck. They sell your job to whoever picks it up off a load board. Here’s what that costs you.
Booking through a broker
- Your job gets posted to a load board and waits for a carrier to take it.
- You find out who’s actually driving when the truck shows up.
- The quoted price can move once a real carrier prices the run.
- Then comes the call every Keys customer knows by heart: the truck has “broken down,” and could you drive up to Homestead and collect your own car.

In-N-Out Keys was started by Steven Jankowski after he finished his time in the Army. The idea was simple: the Keys deserve a hauler who actually lives the route instead of quoting it off a map.
Day to day, Tony Macchione runs it. He’s been moving vehicles since 2007, and it shows up in the small things — answering the phone, giving you a real date instead of a week-long window, and calling you before you have to call him.
We’re still small on purpose. If your car is with us, the person you spoke to is the person driving it.
In-N-Out Keys, LLC (USDOT 4120018), doing business as Florida Keys Auto Transport, is a veteran-owned Florida motor carrier operating under Florida intrastate authority. Moves outside Florida are handled by trusted partner carriers.
