Auction car transport in Florida
Bought a car at Manheim Orlando, Copart, or IAA? The clock starts the moment you win. In-N-Out Keys is a veteran-owned, family-operated direct carrier for all of Florida, so we can move auction vehicles to dealer lots, homes, and anywhere in the Florida Keys.
Auction pickups are time-sensitive
Winning the bid is the easy part. After that, most auctions expect the vehicle off the lot within a short window, and storage or late fees can begin to add up when it stays. A transport company that can schedule quickly, show up with the right paperwork, and deliver without drama is part of making the purchase worthwhile.
As a direct carrier for all of Florida, we handle Florida auction runs ourselves rather than passing them down a long chain. For longer interstate moves, we operate as an interstate carrier and broker and line up the carrier that fits your route.
Auctions we move vehicles from
- Manheim Orlando — dealer-only wholesale auction. Dealers use it to buy inventory and to sell trade-ins and consignments.
- Copart — salvage and clean-title online auctions with yards throughout Florida.
- IAA — insurance auto auctions with several Florida locations.
- Other dealer and public auctions — independent and regional sales around the state.
Tell us the auction name and location and we will plan the pickup around its hours and release process.
How an auction transport job works
- Send us the details. Auction, lot or stock number, vehicle year/make/model, and where it needs to go.
- We confirm the pickup requirements. Auctions release vehicles only after payment clears and a gate pass or release is issued, so we ask who is arranging that and when.
- We schedule a driver. Where possible we match your timeline to the auction’s pickup window.
- We load, inspect, and haul. The driver notes the condition at pickup, and any pre-existing damage is recorded.
- We deliver and update you. You get a heads-up before arrival and a delivery inspection with the receiver.
Running versus non-running vehicles
Auction vehicles range from clean trade-ins to project cars and damaged units. Tell us honestly whether the car runs, drives, steers, and brakes. A non-running vehicle needs a winch or special loading equipment, and the quote may differ. It is much better to say so up front than to surprise the driver at the lot. Also mention missing keys, flat tires, or anything else that affects loading.
Deliveries to dealers, homes and the Keys
Many of our auction jobs end on a dealer lot, but individual buyers use auctions too. We deliver to dealerships, repair shops, residences, and storage yards across Florida. If you are a Keys dealer or buyer, we run to the Upper, Middle, and Lower Keys, including Key Largo, Islamorada, Big Pine Key, and Key West.
For recurring dealer work, see our dealer trade page for how steady inventory runs work. You can also compare open and enclosed transport if the car is a higher-value unit.
Tips to save time and money
- Book before you bid, or right after you win. The earlier we know, the better the odds of a quick pickup.
- Confirm the release. Make sure payment has cleared and the gate pass is ready before the driver arrives.
- Check the storage terms. Know how many free days the auction gives you.
- Photograph the car. If you can, take or request pickup photos for your own records.
- Group vehicles. Buying more than one car? Tell us. Multi-car runs from the same auction are often easier to schedule.
Every carrier accepts COD, but not every carrier takes billed payments, so paying on delivery lets us line up the best carrier for your route.

Frequently asked questions
Can you pick up from Manheim Orlando?
Yes. We move vehicles from Manheim Orlando and other Florida auctions. Give us the auction, lot number, and delivery address and we will schedule the pickup.
Do you transport Copart and IAA vehicles?
Yes. We handle Copart and IAA pickups around Florida, including running and non-running units. Mention if the car does not run so we send the right equipment.
Do I have to be there at the auction?
Not necessarily. The driver needs the release or gate pass and the vehicle information. Whether you or your representative needs to be present depends on the auction’s rules.
Can you deliver an auction car to the Florida Keys?
Yes. We deliver to the entire Florida Keys, from Key Largo to Key West, directly from the auction.
What if the car does not run?
Tell us before booking. Non-running vehicles need a winch or special loading, and the quote can reflect that.
How is payment handled?
Every carrier accepts COD, but not every carrier takes billed payments, so paying on delivery lets us line up the best carrier for your route.
