How it actually goes
1. You tell us the job
Year, make, model, both ends of the trip, rough timing, and whether it runs. That’s enough for a real number.
2. We give you a price and a date range
Firm, not a teaser. On Florida moves that number is ours and it holds. We give a date range rather than a single day because weather and traffic on US-1 are real, but it’s a range measured in days, not the week-long window the industry likes to hide behind.
3. We load at your address
We walk the vehicle with you, photograph its condition, and you get a Bill of Lading before we pull away. Takes about fifteen minutes.
4. We keep you posted
The single most common thing in our reviews isn’t price, it’s being told what’s happening. You’ll hear from us before you have to ask.
5. We deliver to your address
Same walkaround at the other end. Home, condo, marina, dealership — anywhere the truck can legally and safely reach.
What fits on the truck
Open transport is what the overwhelming majority of vehicles ship on, including new cars going to dealerships.
Standard
Sedans, hatchbacks and small SUVs. Accord, Camry, Explorer, Charger. The bulk of what we move.
Large
Full-size trucks and SUVs — F-150, Tundra, Yukon, Escalade. More space on the trailer, so a bit more cost.
Oversized
Sprinter vans, cab and chassis, lifted trucks. Send dimensions and we’ll tell you straight whether it fits.
Inside Florida versus out of state
This is the part worth reading twice, because it’s where most companies are vague.
Inside Florida, In-N-Out Keys is the carrier. Our truck, our driver, start to finish. Nobody is subcontracted and nothing is posted to a load board.
Crossing a state line, the move goes to a partner carrier we’ve worked with before and would put our own vehicles with. We tell you that up front, before you book, and we stay your point of contact throughout.

Common questions
Do you ship boats and golf carts?
Both, on our own equipment. Trailerable boats inside Florida’s legal width go on our truck; oversized hulls need permits and escorts, and we arrange those with a carrier set up for it. See boat shipping and golf cart shipping.
Open or enclosed?
Open for almost everything. It’s what new cars ship to dealerships on. Enclosed is worth it for genuinely high-value, classic or show vehicles, and we arrange it through the partner network.
Can I leave things in the car?
Keep it light and out of sight. Personal items aren’t covered under transport insurance, and weight affects the load.
What if nobody can be there?
Someone over 18 needs to hand over and receive the vehicle and sign the Bill of Lading. It doesn’t have to be you — a neighbour, a property manager or a dealer contact works.
