Dealer trades, down the chain.
Single units or several, dealer to dealer, on our own truck. You get the driver’s number, not a load number.
What dealers actually need
Not a sales pitch. A truck that turns up when it said it would, a driver who answers the phone, and a condition report that holds up if something is disputed later.
We do the Keys and South Florida on our own equipment, so when you call you are talking to the company that will physically move the car. No load board, no waiting to see who picks it up, no price that moves after you have committed to a customer delivery date.
How we work with a dealership
Give us the stock number, the year, make and model, and both rooftops. We walk the vehicle at pickup, photograph it, and issue a Bill of Lading before it moves. Same walkaround at delivery. If you want the photos sent through as they happen rather than at the end, say so and we will.
Multiple units on one run is usually the efficient way to do it. Tell us the count and we will tell you whether they travel together.
Auction and port work
Auction lots and port collections in Broward and Miami-Dade are routine. Those locations have their own release procedures and gate hours, so give us the gate pass or release details with the booking rather than on the day.
Outside Florida
Inbound units from out of state are handled through our partner network on the long leg, with us running the Florida portion. If you move volume on particular corridors, the routes are listed on Auto Shipping Near Me, and their carrier partner programme is how the trade side of that works.
Common questions
Do you invoice dealerships on terms?
Talk to us about it. We would rather set that up properly at the start than argue about it on the third move.
Can you move several units at once?
Usually, and it is generally cheaper per unit. Give us the count and both rooftops.
What about non-runners and auction damage?
Fine, with notice. A unit that will not roll needs winching, which changes the equipment and the timing.
Do you deliver to Keys rooftops?
That is the whole point of us. Key West to Key Largo, on our own truck.
Who hauls what, and where
In-N-Out Keys, LLC (USDOT 4120018), doing business as Florida Keys Auto Transport, is a veteran-owned Florida motor carrier holding Florida intrastate operating authority. We carry vehicles on our own truck within the state of Florida only.
Any move that begins or ends outside Florida is carried by a separate licensed and insured motor carrier we work with. In-N-Out Keys does not perform the interstate portion of those moves. We tell you which carrier is handling that leg before you book, and we stay your point of contact throughout.
