Why we send you off our own site to read them
Anyone can write a testimonial into their own website. We could put twenty glowing paragraphs on this page right now and you would have no way of telling whether a single one came from a real customer.
Reviews on Google and Facebook are attached to real accounts, we cannot edit them, and the bad ones would sit there in public alongside the good ones. That is the whole point. So rather than curate a highlight reel, we point you at the places where the full picture lives.
Read them and you will notice a pattern. The thing people mention most is not price, it is being told what was happening — a real pickup date instead of a week-long window, and a call before they had to chase one. That is the part the industry is worst at, and it is the part we built the company around.
